
Cutting edge research has always been a central component of the work of the FCI. Whether it involves exploring FC as a method of communication or how students with disabilities can be afforded greater access to general education curriculum, researchers located both at Syracuse University and elsewhere across the country are engaged in research that challenges current notions of disability and pushes for greater inclusion and communication access for all.
